...Thanks to all who came to join us with Moe Flex at Bournbrook & SellyOak SC last time. It was a top Cuban party with the fantastic Moe at one of our most loved salsa venues in Birmingham, and I'm pleased to announce that we have the next one here again. Another new venue is still coming in the next few months too, but for now we are just so chuffed to be able to continue to use this fantastic place. Expect more great Cuban speciality guest teachers & DJs in future too, plus with this bigger venue we're able to run RUEDA classes more often too. It's normally on the last Friday of each month, but in August we are going to be running this gig on the bank-holiday Sunday 28th August. We're expecting a big one and have invited another great Cuban teacher ALAIN HERNANDEZ & his performance troupe CUBAnia Dance Co. Alain will be doing the warm-ups and the higher level RUEDA class, plus 2 shows with his group. Put the date in your diary so you don't miss it, and come prepared to have fun!

This year we've had some awesome 'cuban salsa' guest teachers & djs such as ULISES from Havana, DAMARYS also from Cuba, MISAEL CORDERO from Santiago de Cuba, KAREN 'SalsaRoja', and MOE FLEX, all who taught great classes & played a fab music too, and are lining up loads more special guests for the future. They've all been absolutely excellent, so if you want to experience the top Cuban salsa Birmingham has to offer, just come join us on the last Friday of every month and please spread the word to other like-minded salseros! We are playing a healthy selection of great Cuban salsa... Los Van Van, Manolito, Bamboleo, Cubanismo, Maikel Blanco, Charanga Habanera, Isaac Delgado, Habana D'Primera... to name but a few... plus a dash of Bachata, Kizomba & other great salsa too!
